Customary Executive Council

Executive functioning skills facilitate the behaviors required to plan and achieve goals.

The fundamental skills related to executive function include proficiency in adaptable thinking, planning, self-monitoring, self-control, working memory, time management, and Ministerial Council.

1. Chief Director: BAI “Diamante” FRAIDELYN SAMAL DANI Are tasked with creating business plans, overseeing day-to-day activities, improving performance, developing ministerial culture, supervising heads of departments, reporting on revenue, and directing organizational strategy.

2. Deputy Director: RUBEN SAMAL DANI To assist the Director in addressing the administrative concerns of the Institute (day-to-day operations as well as long-term projections of financial needs, resources allocation and management of human resources).

3. Executive Secretary: JUDY ANN T. PALON To Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Director and/or other assigned leadership staff. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.

4. Deputy Secretary: DANICA L. TUAN To reports to the Executive Secretary. They will have a key responsibility for leading the Council management of its physical, financial and human resources and for advancing the Ministerial policy priorities.

5. Finance Officer: ELSA K. JAMORA To responsible for all financial aspects of a Customary business or Ministerial. They manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.

6. Collector Officer: DIONESIO G. SALET Are responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers. They are hired by Customary businesses and collections agencies to inform customers of their overdue bills and attempt to collect payment to mitigate company losses. 7. Accounting Officer: AILENE T. JAMORA To handles the financial record keeping of an council. Accounting officers prepare invoices, record payments, and manage the expenses of the organization.
